SMT placement speed

SMT the speed of the placement machine is generally divided into theoretical speed and actual speed. The theoretical speed refers to the patch speed of the placement machine in the optimal state, including the speed under the optimal arrangement of the Fida installation sequence, the patch sequence, the patch head selection, etc. The actual speed is that in the actual production situation, the real speed is generally lower than the theoretical speed because it is impossible to reach the optimal state in the specific situation. To improve the speed of SMT placement machine is to improve the SMT placement machine's actual patch speed, and to improve the SMT placement machine's actual patch speed should be considered from several aspects.

 (3) High speed mounting machine. The patch rate of high speed placement machine is more than 8000 per h, and the patch cycle time is less than 0.4 s/ points. High production efficiency, suitable for mass production, especially for the use of a large number of chip capacitors, chip resistors and small SMD occasions, and a small number for the production of special SMD.
