Check before power on

3. Check if the control button is reset.

4. Check if the width of the guide rail is appropriate.

5. Check if the belt is loose.

Operation sequence

1, the control panel description

The FINISH button does not have a self-locking button. Each press indicates that the check is completed.

The PCB board passes and continues to run.

The PASS/CHECK button is not pressed.

PASS PCB board does not need to be checked, it passes automatically; press

CHECK indicates that the PCB board needs manual inspection and needs to be used with FINISH.

POWER is the power switch and is energized.

LIGHT is the light switch.

2, the operation steps

A. Adjust the speed of the belt operation according to the speed of the front and rear connection.

B automatic control mode

1 Press the POWER button;

2 Press the LIGHT button;

3 Press the PASS/CHECK button.

3, manual control mode

1. Press the POWER button;

2. Press the LIGHT button;

3. When the check is complete, press the FINISH button.

4. Shut down and press the POWER button

Precautions

1. Ensure that there are no foreign objects in the transport part, belts, pulleys and transport guides to ensure smooth and smooth transportation.

2. Regularly refuel the transmission part and the rack or the widening screw. The refueling must be performed in the stop state.

3. In case of power failure, immediately turn off the main power switch of the equipment.
